Using corporate contacts in Avaya Workspaces
Making a call to a Microsoft Teams contact
You can make a direct call to a Microsoft Teams contact from all tabs of the Corporate Contacts widget. If the contact has multiple numbers configured, you can select a number to call.
- On the Users tab, search for the contact or locate it in the Favorites list.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:You can also search for the contact on the Groups or Chats tab.
- Do one of the following:

: To call the contact's default number.

: To select the number to call.
On the Users and Groups tabs, the options to call the contact and select a number are next to the contact name. On the Chats tab, the options are at the top of the chat pane.
STEP RESULT:Avaya Workspaces initiates a call with the Microsoft Teams contact. -
