New in Call Center Elite Release 10.2

Call Center Elite Release 10.2 supports the following features:

A combined total of eight communication links from Communication Manager to CMS, IQ and Work Assignment Engine servers is allowed.

Similar to previous versions, no more than two IQ servers can be configured and no more than two Work assignment Engines can be configured.

With no IQ server or Work Assignment engine links configured, eight CMS links can be configured on one Communication Manager.

Q-calls button is now configurable on J series UC endpoints: J169, J179 and J189.

Support for Trellix AV (formerly known as McAfee) in Virtualized Deployments

Avaya Aura® Release 10.2 supports deployment of Trellix AV software in a virtualized (OVA based) environment. This new feature effectively detects, prevents, and eliminates malware threats resulting in enhancing the security of your Avaya Aura® environment. The IT industry widely recognizes Trellix AV as a trusted cybersecurity solution. With the integration capabilities in Avaya Aura® Release 10.2, you can seamlessly integrate Avaya Aura® applications as managed devices as part of your existing Trellix deployment.
