Statuslicense -v -f FEAT_ESS: Verify FEAT_ESS (ESS administration feature) is locked on.
Statuslicense -v -f FEAT_ESS_SRV: Verify that FEAT_ESS_SRV (Enterprise Survivable Server feature) is locked on.
