Module Identification number: Refers to a simplex server and a duplex pair of servers, within the same Avaya system, as a module. Each module is assigned a unique Module Identification number (MID). In the case where there is a duplex pair of servers, each processor within the pair has the same license file. In a survivable core server environment, the MID and the CLID are the same value.
