  1. On the Device Enrollment Services login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the user name, and click Submit.
  3. Check your inbox for a Reset password email.
  4. Click the URL provided in the email.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The link expires in 5 minutes.
  5. Enter a new password.
  6. Type the new password again to confirm it.
  7. Click Submit.
