Certificate generation is disabled by default.

On the Device Enrollment Services web portal, navigate to Profile Management.
Select the required profile.
In the Avaya certificate generation column, do one of the following:
- To enable Avaya certificate generation, move the switch to the right.
- To disable Avaya certificate generation, move the switch to the left.
