The top lines of the display can include the following icons:
Bluetooth Enabled – The 9641 can support a Bluetooth headset. See Using Bluetooth Headsets.
or 
Muted – This icon indicates that the your connection to the current call is muted. You can hear the caller but they cannot hear you.
or 
Ringer Off – This icon indicates that your phone has its ringer turned off. See Ringer Off Button.
or 
Missed Calls – This icon indicates that you have had missed calls. The number next to the icon indicates the number of different callers. Pressing the button opens your call log at the missed calls display. See Missed Calls.
