Transferring a Call to a Mailbox

About this task

You can use the MESSAGE button on your phone as the destination for call transfers. This allows you to transfer a caller directly to another user’s or group’s mailbox to leave a message.

Procedure

  1. Press Transfer.
  2. Press the MESSAGE button.
  3. Enter the extension number of the mailbox required.
  4. Complete the transfer.
