IP Office R11.1.3 uses Opus file format for new call recordings. Whilst Media Manager supports this, it is not compatible with other call recording archiving solutions such as ACR or XIMA.
Solution
Using IP Office Web Manager, access the system configuration.
Select ApplicationsVoicemail Pro - System Preferences and select the server running the voicemail service.
If using a call recording archiving solution other than Media Manager, set the Archive Solution setting to External.
