Use this procedure to search contacts from the following:
  • My contacts: Contacts you add.
  • My Exchange: Contacts from your exchange account.
  • Global Exchange: Contacts in your company exchange directory.
  • LDAP directory: Contacts in LDAP directory.
  • System contacts: Contacts in Avaya Aura.
Before you begin
Ensure that the administrator configures contacts settings.
  1. Press Contacts.
  2. To navigate through Main menu, do the following:
    1. Scroll to Applications and press Select.
    2. Scroll to Contacts and press Select.
  3. For a contact in the local contacts, enter the name of the contact.
    STEP RESULT:
    The phone displays the contact according to your input.
  4. To add the contact to the local Contacts list, press +Contact.
