Viewing the Recents details

Keywords:
On the Recents screen, depending on the call type and the configuration to display the caller ID, you can view the details of each call. The following are a few examples:
  • Incoming call icon
  • Outgoing call icon
  • Missed call icon
  • Name
  • Missed call reason
  • Extension number
  • Time
  • Date
  • Duration
    Note:
    Duration is not available for a missed call.
If the summarized call log feature is active, you can also view the total number of calls of a caller for the day.
  1. Press Recents.
  2. To navigate through Main menu, scroll to the following:
    1. Applications and press Select.
    2. Recents and press Select.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Recents screen displays all calls.
  3. On the Recents screen, use the Right and left arrow keys to scroll to the required call type.
  4. Select the call that you want to view.
  5. Press Details.
    STEP RESULT:
    The phone displays the details of the selected call.
    For a summarized call, the phone displays the elaborated view of the summary.
  6. Scroll to the required call entry and press Details.
