Active campaigns

A campaign delivers a specific message to the contacts in the contact list that is associated with the campaign. Depending on the type of the campaign, POM can send the message through different channels such as email, SMS, voice, and custom.

The Supervisor Dashboard displays information about the active campaigns, for example, campaigns that are in a running or paused state. The Supervisor Dashboard does not display campaigns that are stopped or completed.

You can use the Active Campaigns dashboard to:

  • Monitor the active campaigns configured in POM.

  • Pause, resume, and stop active campaigns.

  • Perform remedial actions based on the status of campaigns.

  • Edit the contact list and filter template association for a campaign.

  • Edit a filter template that is associated with a campaign.

  • Link campaigns.

  • View the completion code trend chart of a campaign.

Note:

In a multi-server POM deployment, when the master Campaign Director fails over to another Campaign Director, Supervisor Dashboard shows Connected Connected icon indicating that all required services, including the Campaign Director service, are running.

However, Supervisor Dashboard might take a few seconds to retrieve and display the active campaigns after the Campaign Director failover.
