Viewing the details of an active campaign

Procedure

  1. On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Active Campaigns.
  2. On the Active Campaigns page, click Actions Actions icon corresponding to the campaign that you want to view and click View.

Result

Depending on the channel and pacing type of the nodes in the campaign strategy, some or all of the following tabs containing details of the campaign are displayed:

  • Campaign Details

  • Contact List

  • Completion Code

  • Inbound Skills Information

  • Custom Task

  • SMS Task

  • Email Task

  • Agent Voice Task

  • Automated Voice Task
