Force logging out an agent

About this task

Use this procedure to force log out an agent.

Procedure

On the ribbon bar of the Supervisor Dashboard, click Staffed Agents.
On the Staffed Agents page, click Actions corresponding to the staffed agent you want to force log out and click Forced Logout.
Click Yes on the confirmation message.
