You can drill down to detailed information from various locations in CMS Supervisor reports. A drill-down report provides detailed information about an agent or a work state in a split/skill.

In the Web Client, you can right-click an element in the report you are running to determine if it provides access to drill-down reports. If drill-down reports are available for the element, you see their names.
