Viewing report properties

About this task

For all the reports available in CMS Supervisor Web, you can view the following report properties:

  • Name: Name of the report

  • Description: Summary of the contents of the report

  • Owner: Report owner

  • Folder: Location of the report. For example, if it is a real-time report, this field displays Realtime.

  • Category: Report category. For example, whether it is a Split/Skill, Agent, or VDN report.

  • Flags: If any. If the report does not have flags, this field remains blank.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the CMS Supervisor Web.
  2. On the CMS Supervisor Web home page, select Reports.
  3. On the Reports page, select one of the designer categories from the list of reports, to access the report.
  4. Click the corresponding Information icon information icon of a report.

    The Report Properties window displays information about the report. Press the Shift key and click the Information icon information icon to view additional information about the report.

  5. In the Report Properties window, click Close.
