Use this procedure to record the setup information for a dual IP deployment.
  1. Log in to the CMS server with root privileges.
  2. Run cmssvc to display the CMS Services menu.
  3. Enter the number corresponding to the swinfo option.
  4. Record the dual IP information for each ACD.
