If you want to reallocate or move a device, you might want to remove the information about paired Avaya Connect Expansion Module applications from Avaya Vantage™ Connect on the device. After you remove a pairing, a new connection request from the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application requires you to confirm a verification code when both applications are on different devices.
On the Avaya Vantage™ Connect application, tap ExtensionUser SettingsExpansion Module.
Tap Paired Expansion Modules.
Tap Forget all expansion modules or tap the specific application you want to remove.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Vantage™ Connect removes the pairing information and closes any active connections with the Avaya Connect Expansion Module application.
