You can enable Avaya Vantage™ Connect to send all incoming calls to voice mail when your presence status is Do not disturb (DND).
Your administrator must configure the Send All Call feature for your extension.
  1. In Avaya Vantage™ Connect, tap ExtensionUser Settings.
  2. Tap Application.
  3. Under Presence Settings, enable Activate Send All Calls When Do not Disturb Is Set.
