For servers already licensed for R11.0, those licenses are valid for R11.0.4.8 and R11.1.3. Otherwise, obtain a set of licenses for R11.0.
Procedure
You can upgrade to R11.0.4.8 using the standard iso file transfer methods. However, you must refer to the IP Office technical bulletins and release notes.
Following the upgrade, test and verify the operation of all services, for example:
Incoming and outgoing calls.
Voicemail services.
Avaya one-X® Portal for IP Office if used.
Media Manager if used.
Next Steps
IP Office R11.1 does not use Windows servers to host its services. If using any such servers, for example for Avaya one-X® Portal for IP Office or Voicemail Pro, they must be replaced with Linux-based servers. See Windows Server migration
