IP Office R11.1 does not support the Windows server based versions of Voicemail Pro and Avaya one-X® Portal for IP Office. For IP Office systems using those products Avaya recommends that they switch to Linux-based versions of those services after upgrading to R11.0.
The options are:
Install a Unified Communications Module or IP Office Application Server with the Voicemail Pro service enabled.
Back up the R11.0 Windows Voicemail Pro data using the Voicemail Pro client.
Restore the data onto the Linux-based R11.1 server (the Unified Communications Module or IP Office Application Server).
