After having recorded a message to be left in a mailbox, rather than just hanging up, you can use the following options.
  1. Leave a message as normal.
  2. Instead of hanging up, press #.
  3. If required, select one of the following options:
    • To mark the message as private, press 1. Private messages cannot be forwarded to users other than the original recipients.
    • To mark the message as priority, press 2. Priority messages are played before new messages.
  4. Press # to send the forwarded message.
  5. Having sent the message, you can now use one of the following options:
    • To login to a mailbox, press *3. See Logging In Remotely.
    • To be transferred to an extension number, press *8 and enter the extension number.
    • To end the call hang up as normal.
