Use this procedure to assign speed dial numbers to your contacts. You can assign up to nine speed dial entries.
When you create a new contact and assign a speed dial, the phone does not save it. You must wait sometime after adding a new contact before assigning it to a speed dial.
This feature is only available in the Avaya Aura® environment.
Procedure
Press Main Menu.
Scroll to Settings and press Select.
Scroll to Phone and press Select.
Scroll to Assign speed dial entries.
Use the Up and Down Arrow keys to select a speed dial number.
Press Contacts to select a contact.
Press Select to assign the contact to the selected speed dial number.
