Last Updated : Nov 03, 2022 |

About this task

From WebLM Release 10.1.2, you can configure the inactivity timeout for the user after which the WebLM web console times out.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the WebLM web console with administrator privilege credentials.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Manage users.
  3. On the Manage Users page, in User inactivity timeout (minutes), type the inactivity timeout value in minutes for the user after which the WebLM web console times out.

By default, the duration is set to 10 minutes.

  4. Click Save.

When the inactivity timeout value is left by a minute, WebLM displays a message on the top-right corner of the WebLM web console.

For example, Your session is about to expire in <54>s. Click here to extend.

    • If you click the Click here to extend link, WebLM extends the timeout duration by the value configured in the User inactivity timeout (minutes) field.

    • If you do not click the Click here to extend link, WebLM web console times out and displays the login page with the following message:

Your session has been invalidated. Log in to WebLM again.
