Accessing call reporting

Call reporting is accessed as part of the IP Office system's user portal application. Refer to the Using the IP Office User Portal user guide.

The system administrator can configure which users can access the user portal and what features they can access within the portal. For subscription mode IP Office systems that includes whether the user can access call reporting.

Procedure

  1. Login to your user portal.
  2. Click on the Call Reporting Call Reporting icon shown on the left of the portal window.
    • A maximum of 5 simultaneous call reporting user is supported.
