Historical Call Reporter is a call reporting application supported for subscription mode IP Office systems.

Each call record is stored for up to 30 days or up to 10,000 call records maximum.

It can be accessed by selected users as part of their user portal. They can then view call records for the whole system, filter those records and view detailed history of individual calls.
