This example shows a call to a group by an internal user. In this case the call rings the group without being answered.

Call Details View

The call details view shows more information. Access it by clicking Call Detail next to the call in the call list. To return to the call list, click Back.

The call details show the call targeted to the group extension number and then ending without being connected.
