This example shows a call to an extension which, after not being answered, is redirected to voicemail.

Call Details View

The call details view shows more information. Access it by clicking Call Detail next to the call in the call list. To return to the call list, click Back.

In this case, it shows the call ringing a user for 15 seconds, then being redirected to voicemail after that user's no answer time expired. The caller was then connected to voicemail before ending the call.
