  2. Search for the smgr-versionsxmls.zip using PLDS ID SMGRSUM0001:
    1. Click the Assets tab.
    2. Click View Downloads.
    3. Select Search by Download.
    4. In the Download pub ID field, enter SMGRSUM0001.
    5. Click Search Downloads.
  3. Download the zip file.
  4. Extract the zip file.
