Adding an emergency location

  1. On the Activate Agent page, in the Location list, click Add new address.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces for CRM displays the New Address window.
  2. Fill in the fields.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click Activate.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces for CRM displays the Welcome page.
