  1. On the Activate Agent page, in the Location list, select the emergency location to edit.
  2. Click the Edit icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces for CRM displays the New Address window.
  3. Update the settings and click OK.
  4. Click Activate.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces for CRM displays the Welcome page.
