Downloads an announcement file from the Voice Announcements Manager or an SCP server via Avaya SBC tunnel to the Branch Gateway announcement directory, using the copyedge scp announcement-file command.

Specify the file name of the announcement file in the Branch Gateway announcement directory, followed by the file directory path and file server IP address of the remote SCP server.
