Restarting SIP phones using SysMonitor

About this task

You can use this process to restart multiple phones, including remote extensions.

Procedure

  1. Start SysMonitor and connect to the IP Office.
  2. Select Status > SIP Phone Status.
  3. Select the phone or phones that you want to restart.
  4. Click Reset Phones.
