The settings file consists of sections with # <section_name> labels. Each phone navigates the commands by following GOTO commands and tests for the type of phone and what signaling it is using.

AUTOGENERATEDSETTINGS

These sections contain settings whose values automatically adjust to match the current IP Office system configuration settings. Note that the settings are also adjusted by the IP Office based on whether the client is local or remote.

NONAUTOGENERATEDSETTINGS

These sections contain settings which have fixed values for IP Office operation.
