If SMTP emails are used for alarms and events, in IP Office Web Manager select ApplicationsMedia ManagerConfigurationSecured Connection.
If connectors to external archiving are used, select Encrypt Recording in the connector settings unless the archive location complies with local data protection and privacy requirements.
