Prolog information
HTTP or HTTPS access uses the name and password of a service user configured specifically for monitor access. Configuring such a user is done in two parts:
  • A security rights group is configured with monitor access.
  • Selected service users are made members of that rights group.
  1. To configure rights group access:
  2. Using IP Office Manager, access the IP Office system's security settings.
  3. Click Rights Groups Rights Groups and then select the rights group that you want to configure. By default the System Status Group has monitor access enabled.
  4. Select the System Status tab.
  5. The SysMonitor Access option is used to set for the service users who are the members of the rights group and can access a system using System Monitor.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click on the Save icon to save the security changes.
  8. To configure rights group membership:
  9. Using IP Office Manager, access the IP Office system's security settings.
  10. Click Service Users Service Users and select the service user.
  11. In the Rights Group Membership section, ensure that the rights group configured for monitor access is selected.
  12. Click OK.
  13. Click on the Save icon to save the security changes.
