Preparing Session Manager 8.x for upgrading to Release 10.2.x

Procedure

  1. To place the Session Manager in Deny New Service, follow the steps below,
    1. On the System Manager web console, click Elements > Session Manager.
    2. On the Session Manager Dashboard page, select the appropriate Session Manager or Branch Session Manager in the Session Manager Instances table.
    3. Click Service State.
    4. Select Deny New Service.
    5. Click Confirm.
  2. On the Session Manager Dashboard page, wait until Active Call Count is zero. Refresh the screen to update the count.
