Checklist for installing the TSAPI client

Task

1

Obtain the IP address or Host Name of the AE Services server from the AE Services administrator.

Check whether the TSAPI links are encrypted.

Check whether the default CA certificate is being used for encryption.

Check whether alternate TSAPI links are administered. If alternate TSAPI links are administered, you should configure the alternate Tlinks after the installation.
Note:

If the TSAPI links are encrypted, and the default CA certificate is not being used, you will need to supply and configure the appropriate CA certificate on the client.
