Agent state is Ready after five minutes of network issues

If there are network issues for more than five minutes, the agent state must not be Ready.

Solution

  1. Press F5 or refresh the browser.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces displays the correct agent state. When the network connectivity is up, the agent state is set to the Connected state.
