Configure to select the audio notifications that Avaya Workspaces sends to you.
You can enable the following audio notifications:
  • System notifications
  • DTMF
  • Incoming video notifications
  • Incoming messaging notifications
  • Incoming chat notifications
  • Incoming email notifications
  • Incoming SMS notifications
  • Incoming social notifications
  1. On the top toolbar, click the Settings icon.
  2. Click the Audio tab.
  3. To enable all audio notifications, toggle on the Enable all switch.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Your system administrator controls the Incoming Call notifications setting.
  4. To enable an audio notification, toggle on the switch next to it.
  5. Click Save.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces enables the selected audio notifications.
