Before you begin
Obtain a URL to Avaya Workspaces from your administrator.
  1. In your browser, enter the Avaya Workspaces URL.
  2. In the Username field, type your username.
  3. In the Password field, type your password.
  4. Click SIGN IN.
  5. If you see the Application Center dashboard, click Avaya Workspaces.
  6. Click the start work option that your administrator configures.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Workspaces places you in the respective state for customer interactions.
