For scenarios where you have an individual PSTN numbers for each user, you can configure the user with just that telephone number or with both their individual telephone number and an extension number.

For example:

• User A: 441632768401 or 441632768000 x401

• User B: 441632768402 or 441632768000 x402

MS Teams Extension Number Only

For scenarios where you want uses to have just an extension number, you can omit the telephone number.

For example:
