If the application is not used, it should be disabled using the Platform View > System > Services > Automatically Start setting.
If SMTP emails are used for alarms and events, in IP Office Web Manager select Applications > Media Manager > Configuration > Secured Connection.
If connectors to external archiving are used, select Encrypt Recording in the connector settings unless the archive location complies with local data protection and privacy requirements.
