Configuring the IP Office ACO extensions

Last Updated : Jan 30, 2025 |
You need to change the extension number associated with each analog extension to match the ACO user's number.
  • Other extensions: The IP Office automatically creates an extensions entry for each physical extension ports. Those extensions not used as ACO extensions cannot be deleted but are not supported on an IP Office system in IP Office ACO ATA Gateway mode. See Other phones and extensions.
Important:
  • You must reboot the system after any changes to any ACO extension, user or line settings. You must do this even if IP Office Manager indicates that the changes are mergeable.
