Setting service attributes in System Manager for ContextStoreManager service

  1. On the System Manager web console, click ElementsAvaya Breeze®ConfigurationAttributes.
  2. On the Service Clusters tab, do the following:
    1. In the Cluster field, select Avaya Oceana® Cluster 1.
    2. In the Service field, select ContextStoreManager.
  3. In External Data Mart configuration, do the following:
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • In the EDM: Persistence type field, select either the Audit or the Journey persistence type.
    • In the EDM: Database type field, enter Microsoft SQL Server.
    • In the EDM:TLS version field, enter the version 1.2 for the connection to EDM database.
    • In the EDM:Database host field, enter the IP address or the FQDN of the EDM database.
    • In the EDM:Database port field, enter the port number of the EDM database.
      For a Microsoft SQL Server EDM, enter 1433.
    • In the EDM:Database name field, enter the name of the EDM database.
    • In the EDM:Database username field, enter the user name of the EDM database.
    • In the EDM:Database password field, enter the password of the EDM database.
  4. Click Commit.
