Why can ContextStoreQuery not access the data, irrespective of using correct EDM configuration and the user details?

Prolog information
Initially verify that the username and password attributes for ContextStoreQuery are definitely set correctly on Avaya System Manager →Avaya Breeze ConfigurationAttributesService Clusters.
Check the ContextStoreQuery service logs on each Breeze node for more details: /var/log/Avaya/services/ContextStoreQuery
If the details are correct, the issue persists with the database setup.
  • Logon to the SQL Server and check the error log. By default, the error log is located at: Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.n\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG
  • If you enable case-sensitivity on the database for EDM, the ContextStoreQuery cannot access the data (as it contains SQL queries in lower-case whereas the columns in table schemas are upper case).
  • The following error is displayed:
'533 Undefined Service not ready. Please try again later.'
ContextStoreQuery Service logs (/var/log/Avaya/services/ContextStoreQuery) shows errors for example
EDM test operation failed. Error: Invalid column name 'timestamp'
Therefore, case-sensitivity should not be enabled in any form on the database for EDM.
