Context Store can connect to the External Data Mart through the following three services:

Context Store Manager

Context Store Query

CustomerJourneyService
If these services are installed then the database user credentials must be configured correctly for all three services through the SMGR attributes. If either of the credentials are incorrect then the service continues to retry until the connection is restored or the service is uninstalled. Depending on the database configuration, this could result in the database user account being locked, which needs to be unlocked by the database administrator after the database user credentials have been correctly updated in the SMGR attributes.
