Configuring the default language

Use this procedure to configure the default language for your user account in Avaya Analytics™.
The supported languages are:
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Chinese (Traditional)
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Spanish
  1. Log in to Avaya Analytics™.
  2. On the Home page, click the user account name list in the corner.
  3. Click Preferences.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Analytics™ displays the User Preference page.
  4. In the Language field, select your preferred language.
  5. For advanced options, click Show advanced options and select the inputs.
  6. Select Apply to Current project <Name of project> from the drop-down list.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Log out and log on again to verify the configured language.
