Creating a custom group

You can create a custom group to segment data.
  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. Click Historical Reporting.
  3. Click Create New Custom Group.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Custom Group Editor page opens.
  4. To enter a name for the new custom group, click Enter Custom Group name here.
  5. To enter a description for the custom group, click Enter Custom Group description here.
  6. To add an element, do the following:
    1. Click + New custom group element.
      STEP RESULT:
      The Condition Editor window opens.
    2. Click Browse. Select the required attribute or metric and the conditions.
    3. Click OK.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Repeat step 5 to add more elements to the custom group.
  7. Click Save.
