Sharing a dossier

Keywords:
To share a dossier through email, you can use the dossier URL link. You can share a dossier only in an editable mode.
  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  3. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  4. Click Dossier.
  5. From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
  6. On the input prompts, specify the values.
  7. Click Run Dossier.
    STEP RESULT:
    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.
  8. Depending on the duration for which you want to view the dossier, click Interval, Daily, or Monthly.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    By default, the dossiers display the Interval page.
  9. Click SHAREGet a link.
    STEP RESULT:
    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the window for sharing the link.
  10. To share the dossier, click Email Link, and you can send the link through the configured email address.
